Introducing Flex X 200 at introductory price.  The result of years of development and features a patent-pending formula from Bait Plastics. This exclusive compound is free from phthalates and PVC. It should not be microwaved and is best processed at 400°F using convection pans, presto pots with beakers, shooting stars, or hot pans. If not using a mixing pot, constant stirring is necessary to avoid burning or overheating. Stir until the mixture is clear and free of air bubbles. Includes 1 lb of Salt Works compatible with standard injectors and molds. One gallon yields approximately 6 lbs of material. The product offers superior clarity, flexibility, low odor, and a glossy finish, outperforming traditional PVC plastics in durability.

This unique blend of proprietary ingredients is both non phthalate and non PVC.
Please pay attention to the processing steps required for this material.

1.) Do not use this product in a microwave. 2.) Optimal processing is achieved with a convection pan, presto pot with stirrer, shooting star, or a stainless steel beaker on a hot plate. Hot Runner presto pots equipped with stirrers can be found at www.baitplastics.com. 3.) Place the required amount of material into your heating vessel. 4.) Heat to 400°F. When using a mixing pot, heat and stir until the material becomes clear and free of bubbles. 5.) Without a mixing pot, start melting the material and continuously stir to prevent burning or overheating until clear and bubble-free. 6.) Compatible with all standard injectors and molds. 7.) Upon cooling, the material behaves like typical plastic lures but remelts at a significantly lower temperature, between 280°F and 300°F. 8.) Important precautions: avoid microwaves and do not let baits contact standard plastic lures, as they bond together. Cooling molded lures in water aids curing. After cooling, applying extra worm oil during packaging reduces sticking and distortion; rolling cured baits in salt also helps. Avoid exposing lures to direct sunlight or heat in boats or tackle boxes. Used lures can be safely remelted for reuse. For best results, preheat your injector and molds, as this material cools faster than standard plastics. Enjoy your fishing experience!
