Unless otherwise stated, orders will be processed and fulfilled within 2 business days, most cases next business day. Shipping is calculated and based on your option at checkout. Please note that if you do not have a street address (ie Post office box only) you must choose a Canada Post option. Only Canada Post shipments will deliver to a PO Box.
Please allow time to produce customized products (personalized lures, custom baits). Personalized orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom orders will ship via quickest method for shipping rate selected. In many cases it will be by courier 2-3 business days.
In the event of Shipping Damage: Do NOT refuse or return Item. Please contact us first for instructions. Failure to comply will incur extra shipping charges at customer expense.
After shipping notification, if you do not recieve your package within 2 business days of specified delivery date, please contact us right away and we will follow up with courier.
International orders: Duties, taxes, customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Please check your local laws for additional charges.
