A: Yes our site safe and secure, we don't even see your credit card number as it goes directly to secure payment providers.
Q: How do I send you the information I want on my personalized lure?
A: You can use the handy personalization tool. There is a button to launch the tool on every personalized product page. Just upload your photo and add text. If you have trouble, you can email us the information as well. email@example.com
Q: I would like some custom lures made with my own background and design. Can I send you the artwork?
A: Absolutely. If you would like to email us your artwork as tiff, eps, pdf, jpg, png, bmp, ai etc, we can do a mock up and send you a proof before manufacturing.
Q: Where is my personalized lure order. It has been a week and I paid for 3 days shipping.
A: Personalized products can take up to 5 business days manufacturing time in addition to shipping time. Once your item has been produced, we ship it according to your selected method. Please understand that your "personalized" product requires time for customization unlike a ready made product.
Q: I've already completed checkout and paid. Can I add to my order before it ships?
A: Yes, please contact us by phone or email. If we haven't shipped, we can add to it and send you a link to pay the difference.
